Marianne Neustadtl

Marianne Neustadtl has held a variety of roles in the past few years. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer and Creative Consultant for TNW Creativity Group. In their role as a Freelance Graphic Designer, they conceptualized and created graphic design content for brands and their digital platforms/operations, illustrated creative graphic pieces for interactive campaigns/projects for recognized brands, and participated in the creation of branding material for developing brands and companies. As a Creative Consultant, they co-developed business models for five (5) new companies, co-authored the creation of >five (5) advertising and marketing campaigns for ATL mediums, and analyzed, managed, and developed effective digital content for brands to generate an impact on their digital platforms. From 2018 to 2019, Marianne Neustadtl was a Business Development Manager, Senior Business Developer, and Business Development Specialist at Videray Technologies, Inc. In their role as Business Development Manager, they negotiated and closed long-term agreements with new clients in assigned territory, established relationships with key decision-makers within customer's organization to promote growth and retention, and developed new proposals, contracts and procedures to draw in more clients and streamline work operations. As a Senior Business Developer, they collaborated with sales and marketing departments to support project rollout, pitched ideas for business development to executive team and gave in-depth presentations to clients using effective public speaking skills, and created reports and presentations detailing business development activities. As a Business Development Specialist, they increased brand awareness, website traffic and sales by implementing effective marketing campaigns and strategies, expanded customer base by identifying needs, developing solutions and delivering client-centered products, and leveraged effective networking strategies to generate new business opportunities. From 2019 to present, Marianne Neustadtl has been a Podcast Host at Small Talk Aside.

Marianne Neustadtl holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Marketing from Florida International University. Marianne has also obtained four certifications from HubSpot Academy: Social Media Marketing (January 2022), Inbound Marketing (April 2022), Inbound Sales Methodology (November 2020), and Frictionless Sales (April 2021).
