Lakshita Handa

Senior Resident Fellow at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy

Lakshita Handa is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as a Senior Resident Fellow at the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy since December 2021, Lakshita focuses on Legal Design and Regulation. Previously, Lakshita worked as a Junior Associate at JSA from August 2021 to December 2021, providing corporate advisory services. Additionally, Lakshita contributed to the Cambridge ProBono Project as a Researcher from November 2020 to May 2021, where research centered on the enforced disappearance of women and the analysis of judgements by the UN Human Rights Committee. Lakshita's academic background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Laws in Business Law from The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala. Further studies at the Europa-Institut, Saarland University, comprised a European Summer Course in European Laws and International Relations. Educational foundation was established at Amity International School, Saket.
