Shashank Pandey

Shashank Pandey is a legal professional with a diverse background in research and policy development. Currently serving as a Research Fellow at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy since November 2022, Shashank also founded the Politics and Disability Forum in July 2022. Previous roles include Legislative Assistant to Member of Parliament Asaduddin Owaisi at PRS Legislative Research, Co-Founder and Reviewer at The Law Culture, and Editor at the Society for Excellence in Constitutional Law and Public Policy. Shashank has co-founded the non-government organization Society for People's Education, Care and Sustenance (SPECS) and has completed multiple legal internships focusing on intellectual property rights, labor law, and health law. Shashank holds a BA LLB from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow.
