Ence Prastama

Ence Prastama has a strong background in data engineering and IT supervision. Ence has worked in various companies, starting their career as an IT Supervisor at PT. Aisin Indonesia Automotive in 2015. Ence later worked as a Java Developer at Jati Piranti Solusindo, PT from 2015 to 2016, and then at Danomalik Technology from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Ence joined BBM as a Data Engineer, where they played a crucial role in migrating a MapReduce-based data warehouse to the cloud and building scalable data ingestion pipelines.

Ence then moved to Vidio in 2019, where they held two roles. As a Data Engineer, they led the migration of Vidio's data infrastructure from AWS to GCP and collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop data pipelines. Ence also served as the Lead Data Platform, managing the design and development of Vidio's Data Platform.

In 2020, Ence became the Data Engineering Manager at Bukalapak, where they worked closely with engineering and product leaders to develop a strategic roadmap for data enablement. Ence also managed a team of 11 data engineers split into Data Platform Team and Business Intelligence Team.

Ence's next roles were as a Consultant, Data Engineer at QuantumBlack and McKinsey & Company in 2021, where they provided data engineering consultancy services.

Most recently, Ence joined TaniHub in 2021 as a Principal Data Engineer, contributing their expertise in data engineering.

In 2022, Ence will be joining Vidio as a Senior Data Engineer.

Ence Prastama completed a degree in Information Technology from Politeknik Negeri Malang in the period spanning 2010 to 2014.
