Irza Lailatuzahra began their work experience in 2019 as a Production Assistant at PT Indosiar Karya Media Tbk, where they worked from February to May. In 2019, they also joined Indonesia Entertainment Produksi as a Production Assistant, starting in February and staying until August 2020.
