Latifah Helmy M

Latifah Helmy M has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Latifah started their career as a Principles of Information System Lecturer Assistant at the University of Indonesia in 2010. Latifah then served as a Software Engineering Lecturer Assistant at the same university in 2011. Following that, they interned as a SAP CRM Analyst at PT. XL Axiata Tbk, where they analyzed business processes for CRM modules and SAP CRM User Interface Maintenance.

Latifah then joined Accenture in 2012 as a Business & System Integration Analyst, where they performed various analyst and consultant roles for SAP Implementation projects in large organizations in Indonesia and Myanmar. Latifah was responsible for tasks such as analyzing business processes, conducting testing, and providing post go-live support.

In 2015, they worked at EY as a Senior Consultant (IT Advisory), primarily involved in QA and risk management processes for SAP Implementation projects for clients. Their responsibilities included authorizing and overseeing the Sales Distribution module, as well as managing change management activities and reviewing project development.

From 2017 to 2018, Latifah pursued a Graduate Student Internship at BiZZdesign and also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Twente. At BiZZdesign, they gained experience in design science methodology, while at the University of Twente, they led a teaching assistant team and managed a class of international students.

In 2018, Latifah joined Blibli.com as a Product Manager for Activation Experience. Latifah worked closely with agile development teams to improve various products, such as the homepage, promotion, category pages, content management system, and official stores. Their responsibilities included initiating product improvements, developing product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams through successful product release cycles.

In 2019, they moved to Tokopedia as a Lead Product Manager, where they continued to lead product development and improvement. Latifah joined Vidio in 2020 as a Lead Product Manager, further enhancing their skills in this role.
