Rachel Onken

Rachel Onken is a Senior Researcher at Vidlet Inc, specializing in UX research since June 2022, where responsibilities include conducting in-depth user interviews, empathy studies, journey mapping, diary studies, and usability testing while effectively communicating user experiences through storytelling. Previous experience includes serving as the Park and Schools Programs Manager at Waimarino Group, focusing on outdoor education and fostering relationships within the education sector, and a Community Outreach Intern role at Casa de los Niños, implementing programs aimed at promoting young women's health and wellbeing. Additionally, Rachel worked as the Assistant Girls Camp Director at Catalina Island Camps, overseeing program development and conflict management. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Arizona and a Master's degree in Health, Sport, and Human Performance from The University of Waikato.
