Adam Clement has been working in the film and media industry since 2018. Adam began their career as an UberEats Delivery Bicycle Rider for Uber in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Greenscreen Studio Technician for ON-PAR Productions and a Conference and Event Promo Video Editor and Videographer, Greenscreen Studio Technical Assistant, and Documentary Camera Lead and Camera Assistant at Create Events for the University of South Wales. In 2020, they worked as a Freelance 2D Motion Designer for Vidsy, a Greenscreen Studio Technician for S4C, and a Visual Effects Supervisor/Artist for ManaréFilmArts. Adam also worked as a Freelance Motion Graphic Designer for the Iris Prize LGBT+ Film Festival. In 2021, they began working as a Visual Content Developer and Medical Image Annotator - Rotoscoping for Intelligent Ultrasound. In 2022, they returned to the Iris Prize LGBT+ Film Festival as a Freelance Motion Graphic Designer.

Adam Clement attended the University of South Wales from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Effects and Motion Graphics. Prior to that, they attended Gower College Swansea - Gorseinon Campus from 2015 to 2017 and earned a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Information Technology.
