Joel Montilla

Joel Montilla has a diverse work experience in the field of motion design and graphic design. Joel started their career in 2016 at Dawere, where they worked as a Graphic Designer and later as a Postproduction specialist. In 2017, they joined Dr.Graphic as a Professor for a year. Following this, they joined Creadits in 2017 and worked as a Freelance Video Editor before transitioning to the role of Dedicated Designer from August 2019 to May 2020.

In 2020, Joel worked as a Freelance Motion Designer at Vidsy, where they focused on creating high-performance video ads for social media platforms. Joel specialized in effective eye tracing to optimize the creatives.

In 2021, Joel joined Vidoomy as a Motion Designer and later became the Head of Motion Design from November 2022 to March 2023. During their tenure at Vidoomy, they contributed to enhancing the motion design elements in various projects.

Joel Montilla began their education in 2013 at the Instituto Tecnológico Antonio José de Sucre, where they pursued a degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects. Joel completed this program in 2019, earning the title of University Technician. In 2015, Montilla enrolled in Dr. Graphic and obtained a diploma as a Specialist in After Effects, further enhancing their knowledge in their field of study. This academic journey showcases Montilla's dedication and commitment to advancing their skills in animation, interactive technology, video graphics, and special effects.
