Kaylea Ellig

Kaylea Ellig, CHRP, serves as a Strategic HR Business Partner at Vidyard since May 2021, where responsibilities include partnering with client groups to develop people strategies, delivering talent programs, building relationships, and managing complex employee relations issues. Prior experience includes the role of People Partner at TextNow, where Kaylea supported non-engineering groups and contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives, as well as served as a People Ops Specialist, facilitating onboarding and employee engagement processes.
