Mechteld Daniëls is the CEO, co-owner, and Head of VIE People Amsterdam at VIE People, a B Corp Certified company that serves as a People & Culture Partner for scaling companies. With extensive HR experience in over 100 scale-ups and HR tech expertise, Mechteld has also worked as a HR partner at Fabrique, Biopetrol, and Daan Coaching. Prior to that, Mechteld held HR management positions at ROC ASA and Honeywell B.V. Mechteld holds a VWO degree from Rijksscholengemeenschap Oud-Beijerland and attended Leiden University.
