Leonhard Kamps

Leonhard Kamps is currently the Head of HR Governance & Strategy and Strategic Assistant to the CHRO at Viega GmbH & Co. KG. Previously, Leonhard worked at pronova BKK as a Werkstudent focusing on Kultur, Change, and Personalentwicklung. Before that, Leonhard gained experience as a Werkstudent in various roles such as Public Relations, HR & Employer Branding, and as a Junior Trainer at different companies. Leonhard holds a Master of Arts degree in Management und Regulierung von Arbeit, Wirtschaft und Organisation from Ruhr University Bochum, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sozialwissenschaften from the University of Cologne.
