Rachel Engel

Rachel Engel started their work experience in 2004 at Plante Moran, where they began as an Audit Staff and worked there until 2007. Rachel then advanced to the role of Audit Senior from 2007 to 2009 before becoming an Audit Manager from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, Rachel joined Vienna Beef as the Controller and held that position until October 2020. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Vienna Beef.

Rachel Engel attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting.
