Dr. Anja Linnenbürger

Dr. Anja Linnenbürger has a diverse work experience in the field of psychology and AI. Dr. Anja is currently the Head of Research Psychology and AI at VIER since May 2022. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2022, they held the position of Head of Psychology at PRECIRE Technologies GmbH. In this role, they led a team and collaborated with data scientists to develop an AI. Dr. Anja was responsible for research activities, internal studies, HR projects, and the implementation of digital tools in HR processes. Dr. Anja also conducted trainings, seminars, and result workshops, and was involved in project acquisition and interdisciplinary product conception and development, including an E-Learning platform. Before joining PRECIRE Technologies GmbH, Dr. Linnenbürger worked as a psychology employee at PSYWARE GmbH from 2013 to 2015 and as a psychology employee at Head Coaching Company GmbH from 2012 to 2013.

Dr. Anja Linnenbürger pursued their educational journey with dedication and a focus on different fields of study. Dr. Anja began by attending the University of Trier from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Building upon this foundation, they went on to the Ruhr University Bochum, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management, completing their studies from 2014 to 2016. Dr. Linnenbürger's educational pursuits culminated in their doctoral studies at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal, focusing on Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Economics). Dr. Anja successfully completed their doctoral degree from 2017 to 2021. Overall, their education history showcases their drive and commitment to acquiring knowledge in various fields.
