Małgorzata Kucharska

Małgorzata Kucharska is a Quality Engineer at Viessmann Research & Development Center since October 2022, with prior experience as an Associate QA Engineer at Dolby Laboratories from October 2021 to October 2022, and as a Test Engineer and Working Student at Nokia from May 2018 to October 2021. At Nokia, Małgorzata started by supporting hardware issues and later coordinated projects focused on automation and machine learning. Earlier roles include working as a Deserant at LOTTE Wedel and a Sandwich Maker at Subway, where responsibilities included customer interaction, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and training new employees. Małgorzata holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, completed in 2020 and 2018, respectively.
