Michał Sentyrz

Micha Roon is an experienced technology professional with a focus on blockchain and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects across various sectors through training and mentorship. Micha is also the owner and founder of managination, which enhances software development processes. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha led advancements in decentralized infrastructure for the energy sector. Additionally, Micha has contributed to various organizations, including Share&Charge and the IIB Council, as a technical leader and advisor. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has furthered education in fintech and project management.
