Arndt Fingerhut

Arndt Fingerhut began their work experience in 2001 as an intern at Continental. Arndt then held intern positions at HONSEL AG, AUDI AG, and AUDI HUNGARIA Zrt. In 2004, they became a Diploma Student at AUDI AG. Arndt joined Viessmann in 2005 as a Change Manager and took on various roles including Head of Cost Center in Production, Head of Central Production Planning, Managing Director, and Managing Director Technology. In January 2019, they became the Senior Vice President & Managing Director at Viessmann.

Arndt Fingerhut attended FH Südwestfalen from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued their Master of Arts - MA degree in European Studies in Technology and Business, also at FH Südwestfalen. In 2006, they obtained a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from VOREST AG. In 2016, they completed a Leadership Development Program at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
