Dennis Padberg

Dennis Padberg has a diverse work experience primarily at Viessmann. Dennis started in 2005 as a Quality Leader and later worked in roles such as Productline Quality Leader and Qualitätslenkung. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Leiter Retourenbearbeitung. Currently, they are working as the Head of Quality Strategy & Product Audits at Viessmann, starting from 2021.

Dennis Padberg holds a Master of Arts degree in Wirtschaftsingenier Maschinenbau from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen. Dennis also completed the Leadership Development Program Viessmann at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2013. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Lean Expert in Administration from Ruhr-Universität Bochum IMEX in 2015 and as a Qualitätsmanagement-Beauftragter und interner Auditor from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität (DGQ).
