William Arthur Kastler

William Arthur Kastler has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. William Arthur currently holds the position of Site Lead at Viessmann Climate Solutions since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of People Experience & Services at Viessmann from June 2021.

Before joining Viessmann, William worked at SAP where they held various positions including Head of HRdirect EMEA/MEE from June 2018 to June 2021. William Arthur also served as the Autism at Work Program Country Lead, Senior Project Manager, and Customer Service Lead during their tenure at SAP.

Earlier in their career, William worked as a Sales Manager at MWP in 2014, as a Process Improvement Specialist/Risk & Security Lead, Team Leader, and Service desk quality analyst - Senior process executive at Infosys BPO from 2012 to 2014. William Arthur also worked as a CSR/Quality Analyst at IBM Global Services from 2011 to 2012 and as a Customer Advisor at Atento in 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Bartender/Manager at Club Café from 2010 to 2011.

William Arthur Kastler completed their Baccalauréat degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies at Lycée Honoré de Balzac from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including a Diploma in GBS from The Hackett Group Inc. in 2021, a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Infosys BPM in 2014, a Microsoft Excel - Advanced Methods and Functions certification from Počítačová škola Gopas in 2012, and a First Aid & AED certification from Croix-Rouge française in 2008.
