Josemir Junior

Josemir Junior is an experienced airline captain with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles within the aviation industry. Currently serving as an A320/321 Captain at VietJet Air since December 2023, Josemir previously held the same position at Bamboo Airways from April 2019 to December 2023. Prior to that, an extensive tenure at Avianca Brasil included roles as A318/319/320 LTC Captain, A318/319/320 Captain, and A318/319/320 First Officer from February 2011 to March 2019. Initial experience included serving as an E120 First Officer at both Passaredo Linhas Aéreas and Air26 Linhas Aéreas between March 2009 and February 2011. Josemir Junior earned a bachelor's degree in Aviation from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi between 2001 and 2003.
