Bui Duc Tho

Bui Duc Tho has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Bui Duc started their career as an Acting HR Manager at Hanoi Daewoo Hotel in 2001 and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they served as an HR Manager at Maersk Vietnam Ltd. In 2009, they became an HR Consultant at Navigos Search and continued in that role until 2010. Tho then joined Sun Group Real Estate, Construction & Hospitality as the Head of Human Resources from 2010 to 2011. Bui Duc subsequently moved to Prudential Vietnam Assurance in 2012, where they held the position of HR Manager for North Vietnam until 2015. Currently, Tho is working at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) as the Head of HRBP, Retail Banking.

Bui Duc Tho pursued their education starting from 1997-2001 at the National Economics University (NEU) in Vietnam. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration & Management. Following this, from 2010-2011, Tho attended Columbia Southern University, where they completed a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management.
