Lua Nguyen

Lua Nguyen has a diverse work experience in the banking and technology sectors. They started their career as an Information Technology Support Specialist at Techcombank in 2008 and later became a Quality Assurance Team Leader. In 2016, they joined Vietnam International Bank (VIB) as a Business Analysis Expert and eventually became the Credit Process Technology Solutions Analysis Manager. Currently, Lua is working as a Banking Solution Consultant at FPT Software, starting in 2022.

Lua Nguyen earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ha Noi National University of Education, completing the program from 2004 to 2008. In March 2019, they obtained the PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification from the Project Management Institute.
