Ly Pham

Ly Pham has over a decade of experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as HRBP cum OD Manager at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) since December 2011, Ly Pham coordinates various HR projects including organizational right sizing and employee engagement. Previous roles include Senior HR Specialist at VIB, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and serving as the HR contact for the Back Office Division. Ly Pham's earlier experience includes leadership positions focused on youth leadership programs at Maritime Bank and training and development at Techcombank. Additionally, experience as a coordinator for the Singapore Business Association in Vietnam further enriches Ly Pham's professional background.
