Phi-Long Vo

Phi-Long Vo is a Senior IT Business Analyst at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Just In Time Technology Solutions from June 2017 to March 2021, where they held the role of Senior Developer. Their responsibilities included developing for various projects such as MFS (e-Wallet), providing on-site support for end-of-year activities in Cambodia, and working with banks like Krungsri Bank, Kbank, AYA Bank, MTB Bank, and MAB Bank on different projects as a Developer, Supporter, and Deployer. Phi-Long also contributed to enabling cross-bank transfers in Myanmar and handling transaction success checks and data queries from core banking systems.

Phi-Long Vo obtained a Diploma of Education in Information Technology from APTECH Computer Education, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Agile Requirements Foundations, Business Analysis Foundations, and a Business Analyst Certification. Phi-Long obtained these certifications in March 2021 from LinkedIn and the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
