Thanh Nguyen Ho

Thanh Nguyen Ho has a strong background in audit and advisory services, particularly in the financial industry in Vietnam. They started their career as an Audit Assistant at EY in 2009 and progressed to become an Audit Senior and then an Audit Manager. During their time at EY, Thanh Nguyen Ho specialized in providing audit and advisory services to local and foreign financial institutions in Vietnam. They also had experience in planning and performing audits in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as auditing the effectiveness of internal control systems. Additionally, Thanh Nguyen Ho provided advisory services to support the establishment and operation of new branches of foreign banks, conducted IFRS training for local banks, and advised on costing methods for a real estate company. Some of the key clients they worked with included DongA Bank, Vietbank, Vietnam Construction Bank (VNCB), ESUN Bank, An Binh Bank, and Bao Viet Insurance Company. Thanh Nguyen Ho joined Vietnam International Bank (VIB) in 2019 as the Head of Internal Control for Retail Banking.
