Tho Luong Dac

Tho Luong Dac is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development within the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) since February 2017, Tho previously held positions at ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Limited as a Learning and Development Associate and as a Retail Learning Manager at ANZ. Early career highlights include the role of Deputy Manager of Business Development & Marketing Department at An Binh Securities Joint Stock Company and various leadership positions at Prudential Vietnam and AIA Vietnam. Tho began a career in sales as a Sales Supervisor at Coca-Cola Vietnam, demonstrating a strong foundation in both sales and training.
