Jay Haubenstricker is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in additive manufacturing and lean manufacturing processes. Currently serving as an Additive Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor at Ford Motor Company since September 2018, Jay promotes 3D printing initiatives across prototypes, tooling, and low-volume vehicle parts. With a history at Ford dating back to 2011, Jay has significantly contributed to various engineering roles, including the creation of collaborative robot cells and advancements in driveline balancing processes that resulted in substantial cost savings. Prior to Ford, Jay was the owner and president of Hobbs Home Building and Improvement, LLC, and held project management positions at Comau-PICO and Powerline Inc. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
