Richard A. van Seenus is an experienced professional in land development and real estate, currently serving as the Director of Land Development at View Homes since June 2021 and as a Board Member of the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs since December 2021. Previously, Richard held positions including Land Acquisition Manager at Forestar Group Inc., where significant capital investments were approved, and Broker Associate/Team Lead at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, achieving over $190 million in sales. Richard's expertise extends from managing land resources at PulteGroup and Ryland Homes to project management at Fonterra Partners. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Woodbury University.
