Irene Xin

Irene Xin, CPA has extensive experience in accounting and finance. Irene started their career at Prudential Corporation Asia as an Accountant from 1998 to 2001. Irene then worked at NewBold Corporation as an Accountant and Division Controller for their US operation from 2001 to 2006. Irene joined Forefront Automation Inc. in 2006 as an Accounting Manager, where they performed month-end and year-end activities and analyzed financial statements. Irene also worked as an Accounting Manager at Danby Products Limited from 2012 to 2013, leading month-end and year-end closing processes and preparing financial reporting packages. Irene served as a Senior Accountant at Cricket Communications from 2013 to 2014 and at Entropic Communications from 2014 to 2015. At Entropic Communications, they were responsible for revenue and COGS recognition and designed rebate and royalty databases. Irene later joined Zodiac Pool Systems, Inc. as a Senior Accountant from 2015 to 2016, where they managed month-end activities and worked with cross-functional teams to implement new procedures. Irene then worked at Nokia as a Senior Accountant from 2016 to 2018 and at Google as a Senior Accountant from 2018 to 2018. Since 2018, Irene has been working at View, Inc., where they have held various roles. Irene started as an Accounting Manager from 2018 to 2020, then became a Senior Accounting Manager from 2020 to 2021, and currently holds the position of Director of Accounting. In their current role, Irene leads the financial closing and consolidation process, prepares SEC reporting packages, and works closely with technical accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting. Irene has also played a key role in the company's IPO and SOX 404 implementation. Irene's experience includes improving accounting processes, implementing payroll and accounting automation systems, and managing cash and GL functions.

Irene Xin, CPA, obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree in Accounting from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Irene then pursued a Master of Economics degree in Finance from Nankai University, from 1995 to 1998.
