Michael Oyoque

Michael Oyoque has extensive experience in the mortgage and real estate sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at both LENDING 3, INC. and Viewpoint Lending Corp since 2023. Prior positions include Branch Manager at Residential Bancorp from 2014 to 2019, Mortgage Loan Originator at The Modern Mortgage Group in 2013, and Realtor/Owner at Excellence RE Real Estate from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Michael held the role of REO Manager at Century 21 Excellence from 2007 to 2010. Michael Oyoque holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned in 2011, and a high school diploma in Computer Science from Don Bosco Technical Institute, completed in 2006.
