Jonathan Jones

Jonathan Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jonathan currently works at Viewrail as the Director of Leadership and Culture, a role they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they were a part of the Leadership Team at Viewrail starting in December 2022.

Before joining Viewrail, Jonathan worked at the City of South Bend where they held the position of Director of Recreation from February 2018 to December 2022. Jonathan also served as a Project Manager in the Experience Division from January 2017 to February 2018.

Jonathan's experience also includes working at Urban Adventure Games, Inc. as the Race Director from January 2016 to December 2020. In this role, they led a cross-functional team in organizing a large race event and also served as the marketing director. Jonathan played a key role in rebranding the organization's corporate image.

Prior to this, Jonathan served as the Director of Marketing and Sales at Matthews, LLC from February 2015 to January 2017. Jonathan was responsible for managing the overall brand of the company and its sub companies, as well as sales and marketing strategies.

Jonathan's earlier experiences include working as a Mission Advancement Specialist at ADEC, Inc. from June 2014 to January 2015, as the Director of Sales and Marketing at TJ21 Media Group from January 2014 to June 2014, as a Recruitment/Retention Counselor at Indiana University South Bend from June 2009 to June 2014, as an Admissions Counselor at Bethel College from January 2008 to June 2009, and as an Event Planning Intern at Youth Specialties from June 2006 to December 2006.

Jonathan Jones earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Indiana University South Bend from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bethel College - Company from 2003 to 2007. Jonathan's education began at Michigan City High School, where they received Academic Honors from 1999 to 2003.
