Phillip Spencer has served as a member of the board of directors since February 2021. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the board of directors of MBI (Mega-Broadband Investments), a private cable and communications company, since 2018. Mr. Spencer served as Chief Executive Officer of Rural Broadband Investments from 2011 to 2017. He has served as a member of the board of directors of Halftime Institute, a leadership organization, since October 2020. From August 2015 to August 2018, Mr. Spencer served as a member of the board of directors of the Truman Medical Foundation, a non-profit medical provider that serves as the public health system for residents of Jackson County and Kansas City, Missouri. He holds a B.S. from Marquette University.
