Alvin Chang is an experienced engineering professional specializing in injection molding and advanced drug delivery systems with a strong background in the healthcare and medtech industries. Currently serving as Assistant Manager and Molding Principal Engineer at SHL Medical since August 2022, Alvin has previously held several key positions, including Production Sr. Manager at Gudeng Precision and Molding Sr. Engineer at SHL Medical. Alvin's career began in 1990 at DELPHI TECHNOLOGY INC, progressing through various roles at Technicolor, Wilden Pump & Engineering, and Hunter Industries. Alvin possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix, attained between 2003 and 2007.
