Robert McCormack

Robert McCormack joined ViewRay as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary in August 2018. He has worked in the medical device and IT industries since 2008. Prior to that, Mr. McCormack worked in private practice in Denver, Colorado, where he focused on corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general business matters. Mr. McCormack holds a JD from the University of Denver, College of Law, and a BS in Finance from the Metropolitan State University of Denver.
