Om Prakash Dubey has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Om Prakash started their career as a Research Project intern at Priyagold Company, where they conducted a comparative analysis between Coca-Cola and Pepsi.

Om Prakash then joined Exodus Information Technology Pvt. Ltd as an Assistant Sales Manager, specializing in audio-visual products. Om Prakash developed the market through various techniques during their tenure.

At BenQ, Om Prakash worked as a Sales Manager in the West-1 region for over five years. Om Prakash achieved several accolades for outstanding performance and highest revenue growth during their time there.

Currently, Om Prakash is working at ViewSonic, where they have held multiple roles. Om Prakash started as a Regional Sales Manager for the West region, handling markets in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, MP, and Chhattisgarh. Later, they became the Business Head, responsible for developing business management goals and strategies. Currently, they are serving as the Business Director, leading business operations and team management while also being responsible for P&L management and driving transformation and change initiatives.

Throughout their career, Om Prakash has demonstrated expertise in general management, sales, marketing, and functional leadership, with a focus on P&L management, market shaping/mapping, strategy and execution, and leading teams.

Om Prakash Dubey completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing from A.P.S. University Rewa (M.P) in the years 2000 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Marketing at H.I.M.T, G.Noida from 2003 to 2005. Simultaneously, they also attended the Havard Institute of Management and Technology in Greater Noida, which is affiliated to U.P.Technical University, where they attained a second Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree, specializing in both Marketing and Finance.
