Prior to that, SM H. had intern and trainee positions at Bitswits and REFLEX360 LIMITED, respectively, where they gained experience in software and script automation as well as engineering.

SM H. began their education in 2010 by enrolling in NED University of Engineering and Technology. They pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree with a specialization in Computer Systems. This program lasted from 2010 to 2013.

Following the completion of their bachelor's degree, in 2014, SM H. attended Hamdard University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their focus of study was Marketing + Project Management. They successfully completed this program in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, SM H. obtained several certifications. In March 2014, they completed the "Superior Service Culture" certification from Learning Minds Group. In February 2015, they obtained the certification for "Communication Skills with Emotional Intelligence" from Octra. In March 2015, they acquired the certification for "Advanced Negotiation Skills" from Octra as well. Lastly, in April 2015, they obtained the "Strategic Time Management" certification from Timelenders.
