Andrea Chládová

Andrea Chládová is an experienced HR analyst currently working at VIG Re since June 2020, specializing in HRIS implementation and maintenance, particularly with SAP ERP and SAP SuccessFactors. Responsibilities include leading data migration initiatives and designing HRIS solutions to meet business needs. Prior to VIG Re, Andrea held various roles at PwC Česká republika, including HR Associate and HR Assistant, and gained early experience as an HR Intern at C.P.A. & Tax Partners, and as an Accounting Assistant. Academic achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Management from Prague University of Economics and Business, complemented by a high school education from Gymnázium Kolín.
