Brenda Duane

Brenda Duane has over 25 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Brenda is currently the Chief People Officer at Vigil Neuroscience and previously held the position of SVP, Head of Human Resources. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, Head of Human Resources at Aileron Therapeutics. Brenda has also worked at Spero Therapeutics, BIND Therapeutics, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, HRO, HR Logic/Rockchapel Associates, Bose Corporation, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, holding various HR positions.

Brenda Duane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources Management and Marketing from Boston College Carroll School of Management from 1991 to 1995.
