Patti Smith

Patti Smith has worked as a Chronic Care Manager / Medicare Case Management at Vigilance Health since 2017. Prior to that, they were the Office / Surgery Manager: Head & Neck Cancer ENT at ENT from 2014.

Patti Smith attended James Monroe High School from 1979 to 1982. Patti then attended Purdue University Global from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling.
