Gre’Juana Dennis

Chief Strategy & Development Officer at Vigilant Health

Gre’Juana “G” Dennis is the Chief Strategy and Development Officer of Vigilant Health. From 2014 through 2019, Ms. Dennis was the Chief Innovation Officer at Baptist Health. She was responsible for developing and implementing more than half a dozen highly successful joint ventures and other transformative projects including department reorganizations and technology. She continues to act as a consultant to the organization. Her current responsibilities for Baptist Health include developing and leading regular monthly strategic planning sessions for the executive officers. She also serves as a member of the crisis management team developing the Baptist Health response to the COVID-19 pandemic and has represented Baptist Health on the Arkansas Governor’s COVID-19 task force.

She previously co-founded and operated a successful health care educational content company; its assets and intellectual property were sold to CHI St. Vincent and Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Ms. Dennis holds a Master of Management and Business Administration from Northwestern University’s JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She graduated from Pomona College with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics where she was a two-sport athlete and all-conference in both basketball and track. She is a strategic adviser and member of the executive committee at Baptist Health Little Rock; an Industry Fellow for Innovate Arkansas, a state-funded initiative that helps scale promising Arkansas technology ventures; and an adviser to Madison Dearborn Partners.
