Chris Nyhuis

Chris Nyhuis has a long and varied work experience. Chris began in 2000 as an Associate Pastor at Beyond the Veil Christian Fellowship. Chris then worked as a System/Network Administrator at Tippmann Group/Interstate Warehousing, where they were selected for the Corporate Management Training Program. In 2005, they joined OneCommand as I.T. Operations and CISO, for which they were named Employee of the Year. In 2010, they became President and CEO of Vigilant, a full service I.T. Security and Managed I.T. company. In 2013, they were an Instructor for the Cyber Analysis Data Security Training Program at Advanced Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC). Chris also Co-Founded Cincinnati Security BSides that same year.

Chris Nyhuis attended Miami University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a degree in Business Information Systems. Chris then attended Moody Bible Institute from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Biblical Studies. Finally, from 2010 to 2011, they attended the Advanced Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC) for Inteligence Analysis.
