Eirik Smestad

Eirik Smestad has extensive work experience in various industries. Eirik began their career in 2007 as an Operator in the Norwegian Armed Forces, where they worked until 2010. In 2007, they also joined Exercise Organizer as a Sales and Marketing Manager, where they stayed until 2011. Eirik then moved to Robert Prizelius AS, where they worked as a Sales Manager for 12 years, from 2011 to 2023. In 2023, they joined Vignita.com as the Chief People Officer.

Eirik Smestad holds a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management from BI Norwegian Business School, which they completed from 2004 to 2007. In 2011, they pursued further education at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, where they obtained a WSET Level 2 qualification. In 2012, Eirik Smestad continued their studies at the same institution and achieved an Advanced Level 3 degree in WSET, specializing in the field of study known as WSET Advanced.
