Johnathan Cook

Johnathan Cook is an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager, currently holding positions at Vigor, LLC and Vigor Industrial since April 2018. In addition, Johnathan has served as a Stormwater Engineer for San Juan County Public Works since November 2015 and previously worked as an Environmental Engineer III for the State of Utah Division of Water Quality from August 2008 to November 2015. Johnathan's extensive background includes roles at Utah Division of Radiation Control, PARSONS BRINCKERHOFF, Ward Engineering Group, DMJM Harris (AECOM), and Gilson Engineering, focusing on a range of engineering projects including storm drainage design, environmental compliance, and municipal engineering. Johnathan holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Utah State University.
