Abhishek Jain

Abhishek Jain serves as the Director of Green Economy and Impact Innovations at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW), where responsibilities include leading initiatives focused on energy access, rural livelihoods, and sustainable food systems. With extensive experience in research and program leadership, notable projects include a major study on energy access in India. Abhishek currently holds a board member position at VigyanShaala International and has previously been a visiting fellow at The Fletcher School at Tufts University. Prior experience includes engineering roles at Nestlé India, where contributions involved the design and implementation of utility systems and driving water conservation initiatives. Abhishek earned a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a Master of Philosophy in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge.
