Guratinder Kaur

Guratinder Kaur currently serves as the Elizabeth Gardner Fellow at the School of Physics and Astronomy, University of Edinburgh, beginning in August 2024. Previously, Guratinder has held roles as an Education Mentor at VigyanShaala International and as a volunteer with Asha for Education since April 2018. Guratinder's academic career includes a Postdoctoral Research Associate position at The University of Edinburgh and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Max-Planck Institute for Solid State Research in Stuttgart, Germany. A PhD in Physics was earned from the Paul Scherrer Institut and UniGe with distinction magna cum laude. Guratinder has also actively participated in several international conferences, including multiple presentations at the International Conference on Highly Frustrated Magnetism and the APS March Meeting.
