Erkka Isomäki

Erkka Isomäki has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erkka began their career as an Entrepreneur with their own gardening business during their second year in high school. This experience provided him with valuable skills in business management, advertising, and sales.

Erkka later worked part-time at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Finland, where they took on roles in IT support, software engineering, and administration assistance. Erkka gained experience in software development, data modeling, and web service development.

In 2012, Erkka joined RELEX Solutions, starting as a Technical Project Manager. Erkka was responsible for overseeing the delivery of several domestic and international implementation projects. Erkka'sresponsibilities included software engineering, requirements engineering, system administration, and customer support. Erkka also took on additional roles as a Business Development Manager and Team Lead of Global Presales, where they led a team in conducting supply chain data analysis, designing system demonstrations, and supporting sales efforts.

Since 2013, Erkka has been the CEO and Co-founder of Viima Solutions Oy, a company focused on helping organizations harness their employees' and customers' innovation potential. Erkka is responsible for growing the business and ensuring customer success in ideation and innovation.

Throughout their career, Erkka has gained experience in team leadership, complex problem-solving, and working in rapidly evolving environments.

Erkka Isomäki's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at Pirkkala High School. Erkka completed their high school education there and graduated in the year 2008. Following this, in 2008, Erkka attended the Air Force Academy in Tikkakoski, where they pursued the Airplane Pilot Reserve Officer Course. Erkka completed this course the following year and became a Second Lieutenant. In 2009, Erkka furthered their education at Aalto University, where they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Technology. Erkka successfully completed this degree program in 2016.
