Michael Keegan

Michael Keegan, PhD, currently serves as Director of Translational Research & Cure at ViiV Healthcare, a position held since March 2010, alongside roles as Director of Clinical Development and Clinical Investigation Lead. Michael also contributes to academia as an Honorary Research Fellow at Imperial College London and a Guest Lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University. Prior to ViiV, Michael held various positions at Black Label Scientific, GSK, and Baxter International Inc. Michael holds a PhD in Medicine (Neuroscience) from Imperial College London, as well as a Master of Science in Psychology from The Open University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middlesex University. In addition, Michael completed a course in Fundamentals of Immunology at Harvard Medical School in late 2022.
