Toyin Falusi Nwafor

Toyin Falusi Nwafor, MD, serves as the Senior Medical Director of Prevention at ViiV Healthcare since April 2020 and as a Regional Medical Director. In addition, Toyin is a co-owner and founder of tfalandchi LLC, focusing on health and wellness consulting to promote sustainable living through the tfal&chi movement. Academic contributions include roles as Professor and Associate Professor of Medicine at Rush Medical College of Rush University Medical Center, starting in July 2009, while simultaneously volunteering and holding the position of Senior Director of HIV Services at Cook County Health since July 2001. From 2002 to April 2020, Toyin directed the Hepatitis Clinic at the CORE Center in Chicago. Educational qualifications include an MBBS from the University of Ibadan and additional training at Rush Medical College and the University of Illinois Chicago.
