Yitreen Ooi

Yitreen Ooi has significant work experience in the healthcare industry. From 2010 to 2012, Yitreen worked as a Clinical Residence at Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University, gaining experience in various surgical departments. Starting in 2013, Yitreen joined Sanofi as a Medical Advisor, responsible for feasibility management, clinical operations, and training. This role lasted until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Yitreen worked as a Regional Medical Advisor & Clinical Safety Officer at Sanofi. In 2016, Yitreen joined Astellas Pharma as a Senior Medical Manager, specializing in transplantation, immunology, and infectious diseases for the Asia Oceania region. Yitreen then moved on to Abbott in 2018, taking up the role of Medical Manager, APAC until 2022. Yitreen's current position as a Medical Lead is with ViiV Healthcare, starting in 2022.

Yitreen Ooi completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree from Fudan University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In 2008, Yitreen participated in an Exchange Clerkship program at Harvard Medical School, focusing on the Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Program. They then pursued a Master's degree in the Surgery, Urology Division at Fudan University from 2009 to 2012.
