Merete Østergaard Olesen

Merete Østergaard Olesen is an accomplished artist and graphic designer with extensive experience in visual communication and marketing. As the artist and owner of Artist & Designer Merete Ø. Olesen since October 2014, Merete creates original paintings, prints, and collages characterized by an abstract and expressive style. Merete has been working as a graphic designer at Vikan A/S since March 2018, where responsibilities include developing visual communication for various media, planning email campaigns, and maintaining the company's visual identity. Previously, Merete held roles at The Animation Workshop, Save the Children Denmark, Skive Kommune, and Kop&Kande, contributing to graphic design, marketing coordination, and communication efforts. Merete holds an AP Graduate degree in Graphic Design and Communication from InformationsAkademiet, supplemented by additional training in various educational institutions.
